About: Mocha-swilling, mostly vegetarian news junkie, music addict, and layabout. You may remember her from the Agenda, or seen her hogging a table at AS220, or playing in a pool outside Energy. (She does not remember this, but there are pictures.) No longer owns a car, bikes and walks a lot, loves trains and boats, hates planes. Likes most music, especially progrock, lo-fi, trypno, noise, classic funk, roots, and jam. Freelance editor, researcher, and writer. Wisecracks are still free.

Literary Interests: Non-fiction - popular science, sociopolitical, autobio, weird facts and tales, food adventure, essays. Fiction - realistic (not necessarily realist) SF, rampaging space opera, coming of age, rite of passage, idea-driven thought journey, character-driven adventure, comedy. -- Suggestions, recommendations, and requests welcome!
